Warmframe Supports Beijing Lize Landmark in Achieving Another International Certification

Recently, the Beijing Lize Ping An Financial Center was once again awarded a prestigious international certification in the field of sustainable architecture—LEED Platinum Certification for Operations and Maintenance. This achievement not only reaffirms the project’s leading position in green building performance, but also further highlights the critical role of Warmframe Technology in enabling low-carbon, energy-efficient curtain wall buildings. As a new-generation landmark integrating green, intelligent, and healthy design concepts, the Beijing Lize Ping An Financial Center is setting a new benchmark for low-carbon and sustainable development.

Located at the core of the Lize Financial Business District in Fengtai District, Beijing, the project occupies a site area of approximately 23,500 square meters, with a total gross floor area exceeding 290,000 square meters. The development comprises two office towers—Tower A and Tower B—with heights of 200 meters and 180 meters respectively, along with a commercial podium. From the earliest planning and design stages, the project has embraced ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, consistently adhering to a green and low-carbon development strategy.

In terms of low-carbon and energy-efficient building performance, the Lize Ping An Financial Center adopted high-performance glass curtain wall systems and Warmframe thermal-break technology solutions provided by Warmframe Technology. These systems significantly reduce the thermal transmittance (U-value) of the façade, mitigate the risk of interior condensation, enhance the structural safety of the curtain wall, and substantially improve overall energy efficiency and indoor comfort. The high-performance Warmframe thermal insulation technology offers outstanding low-carbon credentials, along with excellent aging resistance, fire performance, and long-term durability. Moreover, through optimized design strategies, it reduces the use of high-embodied-carbon materials and plastic products, providing critical support for the green and low-carbon objectives of the Lize Ping An Financial Center, as well as the Oceanwide Lize E05 and E06 projects.

Enabled by Warmframe’s innovative technologies, the building has achieved a 26% reduction in overall energy consumption, resulting in a significant decrease in carbon emissions. At the same time, the solution maintains the architectural integrity and aesthetic quality of the façade while meeting more stringent requirements for thermal insulation and energy efficiency—laying a solid foundation for the project’s achievement of LEED Platinum certification.

Driven by its green, healthy, and intelligent design and construction philosophy, the Beijing Lize Ping An Financial Center has received numerous authoritative international and domestic accolades, including LEED Gold Certification, WELL HSR Certification, the National Quality Engineering Award of China, China Green Building Two-Star Certification, and the CTBUH Interior Space Award of Excellence. The success of the project is not only a model for the application of advanced green building technologies, but also a landmark example of effective collaboration between Warmframe Technology and the construction industry. Its high-standard green operational performance and enhanced occupant health experience demonstrate a new benchmark for modern office buildings, offering valuable insights and inspiration for the global advancement of sustainable architecture.

Looking ahead, Warmframe Technology will continue to provide high-performance green solutions for buildings worldwide, working closely with global partners to shape a more sustainable future.
